Services / Brand Audit

Find out what
the brand is
costing you.

A fixed-fee written diagnosis of a brand, delivered in two weeks. No design files, no pitch, no obligation to do anything with it. Most of the value is that you stop guessing.

Fee$1,500 – $3,000
TimelineTwo weeks
FormatWritten assessment plus a live readout
CommitmentNone after delivery

The fee credits toward a sprint booked within ninety days. If the audit points at a rebrand and you want us to do it, the audit fee comes off the sprint price in full.

Who this is for

  • Someone on your leadership team asked whether you need a rebrand and nobody has a defensible answer.
  • Marketing is producing plenty and none of it is landing, and you cannot tell whether that is the brand, the message, or the media.
  • You are about to spend real money on identity work and want a diagnosis before you buy the cure.
  • You inherited a brand you did not build and need an honest read on what to keep.

How it runs

01

Intake

A short kickoff and a document request. Site, decks, ads, collateral, social, email, guidelines if they exist, and whatever analytics you are comfortable sharing.

02

Materials review

Every public-facing asset read against the story you say you are telling. This is where the gaps usually show up, because the deck and the ads are rarely arguing the same thing.

03

Competitive read

Four to six companies you actually lose deals to, mapped on positioning, visual territory, and message. The goal is to find the space nobody is standing in.

04

Interviews

Up to four conversations with the people who carry the brand: founder, sales, marketing, and one customer if you can get us one.

05

Assessment and readout

The written document, then a sixty-minute session to walk it with your team and argue with it.

What you get

  • A written assessment, fifteen to twenty-five pages, organized by what is costing you the most first.
  • A competitive positioning map showing where you sit and where the open ground is.
  • A prioritized fix list with rough effort and cost against each item, so you can act on part of it without us.
  • A sixty-minute readout with your team, recorded if you want it.
  • A scope and price for whatever the assessment says should happen next, if anything should.

What it is not

Scope boundary

No marks, layouts, or design files are produced. This is diagnosis, not treatment. If the honest answer is that your brand is fine and the problem is your pricing page or your sales process, that is what the document will say.

Book an audit

Tell us the shape of the problem and we will tell you honestly whether the Brand Audit is the right answer to it. We reply within two business days.

How the hours work. Fixed-price engagements are scoped at a blended $100 an hour; fractional creative direction is scoped at $145 an hour, because it is senior time rather than production. The hours above are what the price is built from. We track against them and tell you where we are, and if a scope change pushes past the block we say so before the work happens rather than after.

Let's strike
while the iron
is hot.

Companies leave here looking like one company again. The same voice on the site, the deck, the ad, and the booth. Every quarter you wait is another quarter of good work going out under a brand that undersells it.
