The month
after launch
is the risk.

A standing block of senior design capacity every month. The work that keeps a system alive: campaigns, decks, social, landing pages, event material, and the hundred small assets that quietly undo a rebrand when nobody is watching them.

Who this is for

  • You just finished a rebrand and there is nobody to keep it consistent.
  • Design requests are landing on a marketer who is not a designer, and it shows.
  • Volume is real but not full-time-hire real, and it is uneven month to month.
  • You have a system and need someone senior extending it rather than working around it.
  • You want the same people every month instead of briefing a new freelancer every quarter.

How it runs

01

Set the block

We agree what a month looks like: the recurring work, the typical one-offs, and roughly what fits. Priced as capacity rather than per asset, because per-asset pricing makes everyone argue about scope instead of quality.

02

Run a cadence

A standing intake, a weekly working rhythm, and a shared queue you can see. You reprioritize whenever you need to; we tell you honestly what moves out when something moves in.

03

Extend the system

Anything new gets built into the system rather than beside it. Six months in you should have more components, not more one-offs.

04

Review each quarter

Every three months we look at what the block was actually spent on. Sometimes the answer is to resize it, and sometimes it is that you now need a hire and we should help you make it.

What you get

  • A standing block of senior design hours every month, with a visible shared queue.
  • Campaign and social production across the formats you actually run.
  • Sales and executive material: decks, one-pagers, and the collateral that is always urgent.
  • Web updates and landing pages built from your component library.
  • System maintenance, so new work extends the library instead of forking it.
  • A quarterly review of what the block bought and whether it is still the right size.

What it is not

Scope boundary

A retainer is capacity, not an unlimited queue. Unused hours do not roll forward indefinitely, and a month that needs three times the block is a project, which we will scope separately rather than quietly do badly.
