Your output

process.

For growing teams whose creative output has outpaced their process: work is inconsistent, production is slow, or there is no shared system at all. Built from standing up the Figma design system and Asana-based creative governance that cut production turnaround in half at Sogolytics.

At Sogolytics this exact work — the Figma system plus governance in Asana — cut production turnaround in half, on a marketing team that had grown faster than anything holding it together.

Who this is for

  • Every request arrives a different way and half of them arrive twice.
  • Two designers produce two different-looking versions of the same asset because there is no shared source of truth.
  • Turnaround is slow and nobody can point at where the time actually goes.
  • You have a brand and guidelines, and no system underneath them that anyone uses.
  • The team doubled and the process that worked at three people is now the bottleneck.

How it runs

01

Audit the current state

How work actually enters, moves, and ships today, traced with the people doing it. Where files live, who approves what, and where the repeated rework is. The map is usually the first time anyone has seen it whole.

02

Build the system

The Figma library: type scale, color tokens, spacing, components with their real states, and the templates that cover the majority of your recurring output. Built to be extended, not admired.

03

Design the workflow

Intake, triage, review, and approval defined as stages in your project tool, with the fields a request has to carry before it counts as a request. Set up in Asana, or in the tool you already use.

04

Hand it over

Documentation written for your team, plus working sessions so they can run and extend it. Not a PDF nobody opens.

What you get

  • A working design system and component library in Figma, with components, states, tokens, and the templates for your recurring output.
  • Documented creative workflows covering intake, triage, review, and approval, set up in your project tool.
  • An intake process with a request form that forces the brief to exist before the work starts.
  • Templates your own team can run without us, which is the entire point of the engagement.
  • Working sessions and documentation so the system survives the people who were in the room.

What it is not

Scope boundary

This is the system and the process, not a standing production line. If what you need is somebody making the work every month, that is the monthly retainer. If the brand itself is the problem, start with the audit or the sprint, because a beautiful system built on the wrong identity just makes the wrong thing faster.

Set up the system
