A rebrand
with a fixed
end date.

Positioning, identity, voice, and the applications that prove it, in four to six weeks at a price agreed before we start. Three tiers, so the scope you buy is legible on the way in rather than discovered on the invoice.

Who this is for

  • Your product has moved upmarket and the brand still reads like the thing you launched with.
  • You are raising, being acquired, or entering a category where the incumbents look more serious than you do.
  • Two acquisitions later you have three logos, four color palettes, and no architecture connecting them.
  • The last rebrand delivered a logo and a PDF, and eighteen months on nothing changed.

How it runs

01

Groundwork

Everything before the first mark. Stakeholder interviews, category audit, competitive positioning, and a written argument for what the brand has to say. You approve the argument, not a mood board.

02

Direction

Two or three complete directions, each carried far enough to be judged honestly. A direction means the mark, the type, the color, and at least one real application, so you are choosing between futures rather than between drawings.

03

Build

The chosen direction taken through the full system. Sub-brands, illustration, web components, campaign templates, collateral. Everything specified as it is made, so documentation is a by-product rather than a phase nobody budgets for.

04

Handover

Files, guidelines, playbook, and the sessions that teach your team to use them. Then we stay available through the first stretch of rollout, because the month after launch is when systems actually break.

What you get

  • A positioning and messaging platform your sales team can read without a translator.
  • A logo system with the primary mark, the lockups, the mark on its own, and the rules for each.
  • Type, color, and imagery direction specified to the step and the hex value.
  • A guidelines document written for the people who will use it, not to win a design award.
  • Working files and a full handover, with a session to walk your team through running it.
  • Applications that prove the system holds: site, deck, social, collateral. Scope by tier.

What it is not

Scope boundary

A sprint is not open-ended exploration. Two or three directions are presented, one is chosen, and the rest of the engagement builds it out. If you need six rounds of logo options, we are the wrong studio and we would rather tell you now.

Start a sprint

Tell us the shape of the problem and we will tell you honestly whether the Identity and Rebrand Sprint is the right answer to it. We reply within two business days.

Prefer email? hello@ambolt.co. If we are not the right studio for this, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

The three tiers

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline, so the thing you are buying is legible before you sign rather than discovered on the invoice.
